Internet Entrepreneurship

So what is Internet Entrepreneurship and who are Internet Entrepreneurs.

         It is about making money on Internet with Creative Ideas. Ideas, whether you have created them or copied them doesn't make difference. The only thing that make difference is you should have implemented it. As like all the good things in the world no one else can make it for you.
Facebook is Internet Entrepreneurship.WhatsApp, Snapchat is Internet Entrepreneurship.
Okay. Everyone got it. No more examples please. 

Who can be entrepreneurs?

  • Who have nothing to lose.
  • Who are crazy enough to change the world not making fast bucks.
  • Not afraid of new arenas.
  • Who don’t want to rest.
One more thing, Ideas are nothing. Execution is everything. Ideas don’t make money thier implementation makes bank balance. Best way to start the thing is to start it. Don't know how to start. Read this to end.
Any Business Start Up contains three stages.
  • Decide Idea, target market and target audience.
  • Make a team and implement the idea.
  • Plant your business idea in target audience’s minds. So they will rush to you.
Let’s Decide Idea, Target Market and Target Audience for it
         First question in mind so far. What if I don’t have idea and I want to earn from Internet Entrepreneurship? Most common answer: Try to find real life problems think how to overcome them with apps.
         But I personally suggest “If you can’t think then better to start work for someone who can think. I will write about team in second point. Try to be a better team. You could either watch make It happen or make it happen.”
         One more thing don’t release Air Conditioning System in winter season. Decide target market release time that you can have enough time for marketing.        
         Let’s go with an example. Famous Indian project from TATA. A car Tata Nano.
Idea: To make a cheap car.Target audience and market: Common Indian middle class families. OK Seems perfect.
         I have read about an app for surfing. It shows how waves on all beaches are. So surfer can decide where to go. Idea was good. App with great feature and design. It was failed. Reason was simple Target Audience was too small. Business closed dramatically.
         Your business mode should be very precise about target audience. Who are users? What is class of theirs? Can they afford your subscriptions?
          
         Let’s make a team and Implement the idea
         Got an idea? Don’t say it to everyone.Think about it whole day. Ask yourself question about it which target audience will ask to you. Now time to make a team.  
         Represent it to people that they put interest in working with you on your idea.
Find angel investor, Technical team and implement it. Schedule very well, give yourself a deadline.
       Tata nano have itself very big investment and hired technical. Great. Everything goes smoothly.
          Plant your business idea in User’s minds
       Let the people know what your idea is. Don’t represent them how this is useful in their life. Represent as how they need it. Represent how it will replaces old ways if exist or how your idea is revolutionary for their lifestyle.
        Here Tata nano gone wrong. They have represented as “Garibo ki car” (Translation: Car of poor man).
         Everyone including middle families thought if they buy this car they will be called poor class families. One tagline and wrong that made wrong mentality in target audience. Afterwards they have changed the tag line as “Khushiyo ki chaabi” (Translation: Key to Happiness). But they weren’t able to change mentality of audience.
         Here most successful idea was Meggi noodles. Advertisement shows that it can be made in just 2 mins. Actually it takes more time to be cooked. But that creates image in public minds. Every time I got hungry and want to make something faster I will prefer Meggi noodles.
